Heat treatment
In creating the endless variety of complex constructions that creative people come up with, the various forms of steel are often welded together. In order to increase the list of weldable materials and to achieve the quality requirements set for these constructions, heat treatments are applied.
We provide all occurring heat treatments for our customers on all common steel types, below are some examples:

Methods of heating
Locally with electrical resistance elements
PWHT processes can be performed very accurately up to a maximum of 1200 degrees by means of pwht units, resistance elements and calibrated temperature recorders. By means of a diagram of the treatment carried out, the procedure that has been carried out can be examined precisely and the customer has proof of the correct execution in accordance with the specifications.
Induction
Heat treatment by induction is a very effective and efficient method to heat materials rapidly and uniformly. This method is only applicable for magnetic materials.
Annealing in mobile or stationary ovens
Larger and smaller constructions can undergo heat processes in a mobile or stationary furnace, whereby the executed procedure can be followed precisely by means of the supplied diagram and the customer has proof of the correct execution in accordance with the specifications.
Oil / Gas burners
No job is too small or too big. If the surface / volume is so large, there is also a possibility for CB Technics to choose to anesthetize an object with minimum stress or to dry out your refractory brickwork with an oil or gas burner. We can also use these burners in our mobile ovens.
